Transient Modeling and Recovery of Non-Stationary Fault Signature for Condition Monitoring of Induction Motors

چکیده

This paper presents the modeling and broken rotor bar fault diagnostics by time–frequency analysis of motor current under an extended startup transient time. The current-based nonstationary signal is retrieved investigated for its response to segregate faults spatial harmonics. For studying effect reduced voltage on various parameters theoretical definition patterns, winding function (WFA)-based model presented first. Moreover, algorithm improve spectrum legibility proposed. It shown that efficient utilization attenuation filter consideration area containing maximum power spectral density, diagnostic gives promising results. results are based machine’s analytical measurements taken from laboratory setup.
